Persimmon & Pear Salad with Spicy Pecans and Blue Cheese

  • 2 Fuyu Persimmons
  • 2 Bosc Pears
  • Blue Cheese
  • TJ's Sweet & Spicy Pecans (or Maple & Sumac Roasted Walnuts from previous post)
  • drizzle of olive oil
  • drizzle of apple cider vinegar
  • kosher salt and fresh ground pepper
  • Directions:

      1. Scatter the thinly sliced persimmons and pears on a serving platter. Drizzle with olive oil & apple cider vinegar. Then, top with blue cheese and sweet & spicy nuts of your choice. Season with a little kosher salt and pepper. Serve!
